Restrictions
Purchases by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted in the UK where Ezee products Ltd  is registered. You must be eighteen (18) years of age, positive steps to verify the age of the purchaser will be done.
Ezee products Ltd reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers or traders.

Consumer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession;
Trader means a person acting for purposes relating to that person’s trade, business, craft or profession, whether acting personally or through another person acting in the trader’s name or on the trader’s behalf.

These terms also apply to traders for future commercial relations without the need for any formal expression thereof. Unless expressly approved by us to the contrary, we cannot accept the contractual validity of any conflicting or complementary general terms and conditions used by any trader.

2. Contractual partner, formation of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Ezee Products Ltd.

The display of products within the online shop constitutes a binding offer on our part to enter into a contract vis-à-vis the items. You may place our products in your basket without obligation, and amend your entries at any time prior to submitting a binding order by using the correction facilities that are provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed by completing the payment button which indicates your acceptance of our offer concerning the goods contained in your basket. Once you have sent your payment you will immediately receive a confirmation via e-mail.

3. Contract language, Saving of the contract text

The language available for concluding the contract is English. We save the text of the contract and forward the order data and our T&Cs to you by e-mail. The text of the contract cannot be accessed via the internet for security reasons.

4. Shipping terms/conditions

All orders placed before 13.00 on a business day will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 13.00 will be shipped next business day.  All products are delivered within the United Kingdom mainland. We only dispatch goods en route; pick up by the customer is not possible. We do not deliver to post boxes.

Free postage & packaging for products are only available for BFPO. Customers in European & International locations will incur additional shipping costs. Standard delivery for orders below £39.95 is £2.79. Delivery is with Royal Mail 2nd class, normally within 3-5 working days. All orders are tracked. 

5. Payment

Cash in advance

We must receive payment in advance before your order can be processed and the goods can be dispatched.

Credit Card

With the submission of the order, you are sending  your credit card details at the same time to the payment provider. After your identification as the legal cardholder, your credit card company will initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and charged to your card.  We do NOT receive, hold or store your cc details.

Bank transfer

If you chose to pay by bank transfer, we will provide you with the details that enable you to do so.  It is a requirement that you enter your order number as reference with your bank transfer as we are otherwise not able to match your payment with your order.

6. Damage during delivery

For consumer the following applies: If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to make contact does not in any way affect your legal rights or the enforcement of such rights, notably your warranty rights. However, in doing so you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

7. Warranty and guarantees

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. Statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional guarantees and their precise conditions that may apply can be found next to the product or on distinct information pages in the online shop, if applicable.

8. Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.                     

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Ezee Products Ltd, Britannia House, 11 Glenthorne Road
W6 0LH, London, UK, (questions@ezee-e.com, Phone: 0208 735 6500 monday-friday between 9-14) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement why you wish to cancel.  To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

9. Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than;

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

10. Online dispute resolution

Post Brexit the European Commission platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) is not available for UK citizens dealing with a UK company.  We are ready to participate in extra-judicial dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body. 11. Distribution / E-commerce

Ezee Products Ltd authorizes the marketing of its products on the Internet and this exclusively on the websites of its distributors (excluding all "market place" or similar type sales platforms), subject to compliance with certain conditions (quality of the distributors' website, compliance of the latter with the graphic charter, compliance with the regulations of health rules and prior agreement of the company Ezee Products Ltd for advertising or exceptional promotions, etc.). In the event of non-compliance with the aforementioned conditions, Ezee Products Ltd may suspend the Customer's right to sell its products on the Internet.
The company Ezee Products Ltd also reserves the right, if it is found that its distributor is damaging the brand or its image, to interrupt all commercial relations with it and to take any action necessary to obtain compensation for damage.
